THIS IS WILD: Trump’s arrival at his own golf resort in Ireland turned into total chaos, with fans forced to sprint across the fairway as his helicopters flew dangerously low overhead.

Read that again.
Trump touched down at Trump International Golf Links in Doonbeg to attend the Irish Open, a tournament happening on a course that carries his own name. And what should have been a routine golf outing instead brought airport-level security and pure pandemonium to a small Irish town.
His helicopters circled low enough over the course that live broadcasters could barely explain what was happening.
During play on the third hole, as golfer Kazuma Kobori’s tee shot was still in the air, spectators were suddenly seen running across the fairway.
“There are guys crossing the fairway down there, I don’t know why!” said on-course reporter Wayne Riley, live on Sky Sports. “They are running all over the place now… right around this hole is full, people everywhere. I look around the green, it’s a sea of people.”
Ireland’s National Police and Security Service confirmed a “significant policing and security operation” was underway, warning fans, media, and volunteers to expect extensive delays, additional search zones, and increased security checks just to get through the gates.
World No. 2 Rory McIlroy tried to stay diplomatic about it, welcoming Trump to Doonbeg while acknowledging the obvious: his presence creates real “logistical challenges” for everyone else just trying to watch golf.
A President showing up at his own golf course turned a professional tournament into a security lockdown, with fans and players alike just trying to get out of the way.
