Trump stopped his Michigan rally to tell Nicki Minaj to stand up so the crowd could see her backside….𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲

President Donald Trump drew vocal crowd reactions during a campaign appearance in Port Huron, Michigan, after pointing out rapper Nicki Minaj in the arena audience and commenting on her appearance while defending his prior remarks about Ohio Senator Jon Husted.

The interaction occurred as Trump addressed recent media scrutiny over speeches in Ohio, where he had described the athletic build and physique of Husted. Explaining to the crowd that he rarely evaluates men’s bodies in such detail, Trump shifted his attention to Minaj, who attended the rally as an invited guest.

“By the way, I looked at one hell of a beautiful [expletive] before: Nicki Minaj,” Trump told the audience. “That’s hard to miss. Stand up, that’s hard to miss.”

Minaj stood and waved as the arena cheered. Trump then added, “I hope Nicki wasn’t insulted, but we love Nicki. She’s been with us for a long time,” before resuming his complaints regarding press coverage of his descriptions of Husted. Later in the event, Minaj joined Trump on stage, telling attendees she was honored to support the administration and urging voters to back Republican candidates in the upcoming midterm elections.

The rally appearance followed an earlier video shared on social media by White House Communications Director Steven Cheung. In the clip, recorded aboard Air Force One during the flight to Michigan, Cheung conducted an informal interview with Minaj about the administration’s economic initiatives. Cheung accompanied the post with a tongue-in-cheek caption suggesting the administration “may have found the new White House Press Secretary,” referencing a vacancy created after former press secretary Katie Zacharia departed following a brief tenure.

Minaj, who previously attended administration events highlighting federal savings accounts, has become an increasingly visible surrogate on the campaign trail. Her presence at the Michigan rally marked her first appearance alongside Trump at a major campaign event, combining celebrity culture with competitive midterm campaigning. The remarks quickly sparked debate across political and media circles, with critics highlighting the unconventional tone of presidential rally rhetoric, while supporters framed the moment as classic Trump humor that energizes his grassroots base.
